McGuire's Irish Pub and Brewery - Destin
In 1996, a second location, McGuire’s Irish Pub of Destin opened on beautiful Destin Harbor with the same great food and live Irish entertainment. You will find the same ‘Turn of the Century New York Irish Saloon’ feel in the 500 seats of the Destin Pub. And if you’d like to enjoy a view of the harbor – step upstairs where another 150 seats await you on The Deck; a great place to enjoy dinner and enjoy the nightlife with some of the best bands around!
Our Entertainers perform Sunday thru Wednesday from 8 pm to midnight and Thursday thru Saturday from 9 pm to 1 am.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
