Timber Creek Distillery is a grain-to-glass craft distillery located near Florida’s Emerald Coast, just north of Destin. Founded in 2014, the distillery produces all of its spirits in-house, maintaining complete control over every step of the process—from milling and fermentation to distillation and aging.

Products from Timber Creek Distillery are crafted entirely in-house using a true grain-to-glass process, with each spirit designed to highlight the character of its ingredients and the control of small-batch production.
The core lineup includes Florida Vodka, a wheat-based vodka with a soft, clean profile, alongside a corn-based vodka used for the distillery’s coastal-branded bottles, including Destin Vodka, 30A Vodka, Pensacola Vodka, and Panama City Beach Vodka.
The rum portfolio features Florida Rum, made from evaporated cane syrup, as well as specialty expressions like Apple Pie Rum, built with Saigon cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, apple, and citrus, and Coffee Rum, crafted using Brazilian roasted coffee through a cold extraction process.
The gin offering, Florida Gin, is produced by individually distilling botanicals such as juniper, cucumber, citrus, lavender, fennel, and peppercorn, then blending them into a balanced, aromatic spirit.
Timber Creek’s whiskey lineup is built around single-grain production, allowing for precision and flexibility in blending. This includes Florida Whiskey, a wheated bourbon-style whiskey; Florida Southern Reserve Whiskey, a four-grain bourbon mash bill; Florida Rye Whiskey, made from 100% Florida Black Rye; and Florida Single Malt Whiskey, crafted from 100% barley with no smoke or peat influence.
In addition to bottled spirits, Timber Creek offers the Bourbon Blending Kit, a hands-on product that includes separate corn, wheat, rye, and barley whiskeys, along with professional blending tools and a guide. This kit allows customers to build custom bourbon mash bills and explore how each grain contributes to the final flavor.
