All of our craft beers are brewed right here in our Columbus, IN brewery. We are home to the coldest craft beer taps in town and offer growlers and packaged beer available for carryout and delivery.
Our onsite brewhouse is compact but stocked with state-of-the-art brewing equipment. We have a 10 hectoliter (or about 8 barrel) system and our new bottling line is first class. Since opening, we have brewed over 70 different styles. We currently have 17 beers on tap and 4 craft sodas.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.

ZwanzigZ Brewery is open to the public for tours!
We invite you to visit our brewery to learn about the brewing process and the 70+ craft beers that we have brewed since opening in 2012. Brewery tours are free. Our very own Brewmaster, Mike, will likely be your guide so you’ll get the inside scoop from him. Enjoy free tastings during your tour and then stay for some pizza and a pint in our adjoining dining area.
