Gunnar’s Wheated Bourbon is crafted in the heart of wheat country. Our distillery specializes in wheated bourbon, using wheat as the secondary grain in the mash bill instead of rye, resulting in a smoother, less spicy flavor profile. This smoothness makes our bourbon perfect for enjoying neat or on the rocks.

We take pride in using locally sourced ingredients, tapping into Kansas’ rich agricultural heritage. Our flagship “Heritage Batch” combines 63% corn, 34% wheat, and a touch of malted barley, symbolizing our commitment to the “Wheat Revolution.” We also produce a single-barrel expression named after the historic Bradford Hotel, further connecting our craft to the community and its history.
