Town Branch Distillery
Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co. offers the unique distinction of being both a brewery and distillery. Our Town Branch Distillery has been a proud member of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail® experience since 2012, and our brewery is a premier barrel-aging brewery thanks to its location in the heart of bourbon country. We invite you to experience a behind-the-scenes look at our beer and spirits production and sample our products. This is the only location on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail® where you can sample beer as well as bourbon! Our visitor center retail shop is open at Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co. Please stop by for beer, spirits, or gifts, and know the safety of our customers is of upmost priority for us.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
