Redmans’ Farm established in 1941, is a 5th generation working farm, nestled in the valley of southern Kenton County Kentucky, bordering the Licking River. The Redman Family invites your family to join ours for a day on the farm. If you want a quick stop for fresh local produce or to make a day of it, we are what you are looking for. From the garden we offer the season’s freshest local produce, flowers, cut flowers, and hanging baskets. Stay a little longer and introduce the kids to our friendly farm animals and bring a fishing pole to enjoy a peaceful day on our lake. To end the day visit Redmans’ Farm Winery for a glass of wine and conversation by the fire.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
