Wolfe Creek Winery is a boutique winery producing artisanal wines in the vibrant and picturesque wine country of Southwest Michigan.
Our boutique winery is located in a charming historical red brick building which was built in 1888. Enjoy the warm ambiance and cozy atmosphere when you sit, relax and stay a while as you sip your wine of choice and enjoy an assortment of our old world tapas style appetizers. The tasting bar is a cozy area to sample our specialty wines with friends both old and new. Enjoy a tasting of six wines, a flight of wine or your favorite wine by the glass or bottle with our delicious appetizer selections. Consider reserving the private use of Wolfe Creek winery for your birthday party, rehearsal dinner, bachelorette party, or business meeting for intimate groups of up to 40 guests!

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
