Spilled Grain Brewhouse
Spilled Grain Brewhouse is a microbrewery taproom, located in the “Heart of the Lakes”, since the summer of 2015. In addition to the fourteen craft beers on tap, the family friendly brewery also makes its own root beer and has a wide variety of entertainment options. Spilled Grain hosts numerous events throughout the year including food trucks, live music, parking lot parties (i.e. Oktoberfest), fundraisers, and private events. They have also raised tens of thousands of dollars for local non-profits and families through the Spill it Forward charitable organization. Spilled Grain Brewhouse has won 32 national craft beer medals in some of the largest competitions in the USA, including two at GABF. Located on highway 55 in Annandale

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
