The Canal Park Brewing Company is an owner-operated brewpub with a full restaurant menu. Our goal is to create curiosity in craft beer styles by brewing consistently epic batches and to bring people back to our hometown, Duluth, year after year. We are committed to putting unique beer styles on tap by using the best local & sustainable hops, grains, malts, and other ingredients, when available. Enjoy your next brew with us and enjoy delicious eats and beautiful views of Lake Superior. Indoor seating and outdoor patio with fire ring!
A Northcoast attitude runs through all of our brews and we seek smart and complex flavors whilst always striving for balance. Our beers will be available only at the Canal Park Brewing Company, in the heart of Canal Park on Lake Superior and we will of course offer crowlers for customers to drink our beer at home. Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
