Theodore Fyten Brewing Company, also known as Fytenburg Brewing Company, is a family-owned microbrewery rooted in centuries of brewing heritage, first established in Sint Odilinberg, Netherlands, in 1680 and reborn in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1999. As they construct their future home in St. Paul, they celebrate their rich legacy by offering a selection of European-style ales and lagers crafted in the old-world tradition.
Among their notable brews are the Fytenburg Grand Cru, a complex Belgian Abbey Ale with rich caramel and spicy notes, and the Fytenburg Grand Cru Blanc, a Belgian-inspired White Ale infused with Curacao orange peel. Visitors to St. Paul are encouraged to explore the vibrant local culture and historic sites while enjoying the flavors of Fytenburg Brewing Company.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
