Exit 6 Brewing, The Dive
We are St Charles County’s first nano-brewery. In house brewed beers isn’t the only thing you can get. We offer 70 different craft beers, 23 beers on tap and 5 made right here in house. Craft beer and craft beer only. No crap on tap! NOTHING is made by AB-In Bev, Miller, or Coors. Our tap list changes weekly and we are always putting on something new. We don’t have the widest selection in town, but we have the best.
We are non smoking and have a small in house kitchen.
Exit 6 was founded and is run by beer guys. We know what’s good and we will only carry the best the industry has to offer. If we won’t drink it, we don’t sell it!

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
