Croton on Hudson’s CHD is the newest addition to the distillery scene in New York. Founder, David McCallen, a Westchester County native and craft distiller, is as passionate about the company’s identification with the area – the terroir – as he is about the use of native NY ingredients in all CHD products.
CHD is sourcing local ingredients, traditional botanicals, and plants native to NY to capture the attributes that consumers are looking for: local, sustainable and authentic.
