Birdhouse Brewing Company began with a love of craft beer and a desire to build something special. With those two things in mind, Scott and Greg purchased the building in 2018 and began renovations to the 1850’s era structure. Although the initial plan was to renovate only parts of the building, as years of plaster and lath were peeled away they quickly realized everything in the building would need some love. Rooms were opened up, ceilings were raised, beams were added, electric and plumbing were updated. With a lot of help from family and friends, Birdhouse Brewing Company became a reality.
