Pisgah Brewing

Pisgah Brewing Co. contains several different components, including the brewery, taproom.
The Taproom boasts a wall with a selection of different taps! The garage doors stay open when it’s warm, and a crackling fire is almost always being lit once the sun goes down. There are picnic tables outside and seats around the bar to enjoy the music and company in comfort.
Featured art spans the lengths of the taproom wall. The gallery space is reserved for local artists and the pieces are displayed for several weeks…
In addition to brewing delicious, organic beer, Pisgah Brewing also brings you a multitude of artists who perform inside our taproom and out on our new stage in the field.
Handcrafted carpentry and is utilized for many live concerts and special outdoor events! The stage area has a trickling stream under a bridge near the parking lot, as well as horseshoe pits and a picnic table.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
