Bull City Burger & Brewery
Bull City Burger and Brewery is a locally owned, independent restaurant and craft brewery serving lunch and dinner 7 days per week with approximately 90 seats inside plus 50 seats of outside year round patio dining. We offer a family-friendly experience with a children’s play area, as well as a semi-private dining room for business gatherings, events and presentations. The restaurant is very much “farm-to-fork,” working closely with NC farmers in our area. With nearly everything produced on-site including, fresh-ground hamburgers and hot dogs, house made buns, sauerkraut and bacon, we use no artificial sweeteners, no high fructose corn syrup, and no hydrogenated oils. We like to say we are like fine dining in a burger joint.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
