Fireforge Crafted Beer
Founders Brian & Nicole Cendrowski and the Fireforge Team have a passion for exploring the culinary world of flavors through beer and food. Constantly seeking new experiences, they are on a mission to push the boundaries of beer and challenge fellow drinkers to embrace a sense of adventure and curiosity.
Our small-batch brewery, taproom and biergarden opened in downtown Greenville, SC in June 2018. We typically have 20+ house-brewed beers on tap, along with other craft guest beverages (wine, mead, cider and kombucha). We source, prepare and serve colorful, fresh and regionally- and locally-inspired small plates, charcuterie boards, sandwiches and desserts.
We love helping guests explore emerging and seasonal beer styles while also offering classic ales and lagers. We hope you enjoy the adventure of beer and food – together!

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
