The Granary ‘Cue & Brew is a restaurant and brewery the celebrates barbecue and beer. Lunch-Traditional Market Style Barbecue (11am-4:30pm): Lunch offers traditional Central Texas barbecue favorites, served market style (by the lb) in a casual and friendly atmosphere. Dinner Service (5:30-10pm Tue-Thur / 5:30-11pm Fri/Sat): Dinner service presents guests with a progressive barbecue menu taking notes from cultures and flavors around the globe. The menu is seasonally-driven and highlights the use of smoke and fire throughout its dishes. Current seasonal dinner menu available on website. Craft Beer: The Granary maintains a selection of four house brewed beers, in addition to a rotating seasonal brew. We also offer a wide variety of craft taps from around Texas and an extensive bottled beer list. Social Hour (4:30-5:30pm Tue-Fri): Discount craft beer/wine menu with selection of small plates.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
