I am distilling this year’s crop of organic potatoes until December which will be under the name Treboles and Key Organic Vodka. Approximately 600 to 700 bottles will be distilled and each bottle will be signed, numbered and have its own gift box. Starting in January of 2018, I will be distilling organic corn under the name Corazon and Key Organic Vodka. I expect a production of 6,000 to 7,000 bottles.
