Third Space Brewing

Third Space Brewing is a production brewery, tap room, outdoor beer garden and event space in Milwaukee’s historic Menomonee Valley. Third Space Brewing creates high quality craft beer for customers to enjoy in a fun and inviting “Third Space” outside their first space of home and second space of work. Third Space Brewing offers a wide range of hand-crafted beers brewed right on site that can be enjoyed in its comfortable tap room and beer garden with a cool old industrial vibe. Third Space also distributes its beer to bars, restaurants and retail locations throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Third Space recently won a gold medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival for its Unite the Clans Scottish-Style Rye Ale and was named by RateBeer as the Best New Brewer in Wisconsin in 2016.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
