Nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Waukesha, North Pillar Brewing Co. is more than just a brewery—it’s a gathering place where history, community, and craft beer converge.
Our taproom resides in a building steeped in local brewing heritage. Originally constructed in 1870, the space once housed the Weber Brewery, which produced over 2,200 barrels annually by 1882. After time as a dairy during Prohibition, the building has come full circle—now embracing its roots in craft brewing once again.
All our beers are brewed on-site, reflecting our passion for quality and tradition. From hop-forward IPAs to rich stouts, there’s something for every taste.
