Since 2009, we have worked tirelessly to bring our dream to a reality, opening the first Distillery in the Central West. Apart from organising and constructing the Distillery premises, we have travelled throughout NSW, Tasmania, Scotland and Ireland researching and gaining knowledge in the art of distilling high quality spirits and liqueurs.
Black Gate Distillery was opened to the public in Mendooran in January 2012.
