For our distillates, we only use flawless and seasonal fruit – core fruit, stone fruit and berry fruit – from the region. Citrus fruits from Calabria for the gin and molasses for our rum.
Also the cornfields we have directly in front of the door. Only the mature full grain makes the whiskey, where we use up to three different varieties for the production, to what it is. Since 2013, we have been using only ancient grape varieties and we turn them into tasty whiskey. In addition, there are still a few hectares of forest forest in the family business. The wood for the kiln therefore also comes from its own forestry.
