Schrems, in the Waldviertel, is located in the middle of one of the most beautiful regions in Austria. And this place is home to our small but fine private brewery owned by the Trojan family. Here we combine centuries-old tradition and the use of the latest technology to brew our excellent beer according to an old family recipe. Our family lives for beer, now for 5 generations.
