Perron has been brewing beer on a small scale since 1994. He experiments with – growing – brewing with – own hops. He does not look for extreme bitterness, but especially for aromatic taste. Perron tries to brew beers that are full of flavor. He is looking for different and new flavors. He uses his hop garden – and that from Poperinge- as a source of inspiration.
