It all started with a starter kit “brew your own beer”: an electric kettle of just under 30 litres with accompanying plastic fermentation vessel, a malt mill with hand crank and some pots and stirring rods. This sufficiently stimulated my interest in the brewing process and my thirst for more knowledge was quenched by following a brewing course. Because brewing parameters are more difficult to control when working with very small quantities, the step to a somewhat larger installation was the logical consequence. However, a new problem arose: we can no longer drink all that beer ourselves! That is why we hope that you can help us with this. We sell our beers at democratic prices at our home in Hever.
