The Brasserie d ‘Oster is a new micro-brewery located in the Belgian High Ardennes. We produce homemade beers of high fermentation, refermented in bottle. 2 special beers in Champagne bottles of 75cl and one in 33cl are currently available. At first (2004), the brewery « Les 3 Fourquets » was built to brew malted beverages dedicated to be drinked in the tavern next door. In 2007, the brewery decided to create a new beer, in kegs and in Champagne bottles.
