The Biskupice Gajdoš brewery is located in the village of Biskupice-Pulkov. The village lies southeast of the town of Třebíč on the border with the Znojmo district in the Rokytná nature park. In 2013, we founded a purely family business and began to fulfill our dream of building our own brewery. We decided to brew honest Czech beers that we ourselves like, namely Pilsner-type lagers. We use exclusively Czech ingredients when brewing, such as Žatec hops and Moravian barley malts. We do not pasteurize our beers, which is why they have a higher yeast content and are “alive”. In our offer you will find both light beers of various degrees, dark and fruit specials, as well as malt lemonades. The Biskupice Gajdoš brewery has achieved a number of successes and every year more are added to its account.
