Out of love for beer and to verify ancient recipes, we founded the family brewery “Minipivovar u Dyje” in Znojmo. We brew beer in a classic way, so that it tastes good not only to us, but also to our customers. Our minibrewery is located in the South Moravian Region, in the picturesque valley of the Dyje River, in the southern part of the city of Znojmo – Sedlešovice. Our family brewery was founded in September 2012. We brew beer in a classic way, the main fermentation takes place in open vats and we ferment in standing tanks for about a minimum of one month. We do not filter the beer or otherwise modify it. It is a purely natural product. We sell our beer under the name “Zlatý Josef”. May God grant you luck.
