Neubulacher Brauhaus Rössle
The Rössle Brewery is a listed building dating back to 1432, located in the heart of the historic town of Neubulach.
In terms of cuisine, the Rössle team focuses on Swabian specialties, which come from the brewery kitchen rather than from the wholesale market, in addition to their home-brewed beer. New owners Pavlo and Elzara Krokh also surprise guests with specialties from Crimea.
Across two floors, guests can expect a cozy atmosphere around the brewhouse, where brewer and innkeeper Pavlo Krokh lovingly crafts the house’s own beer. The historic hunting and farmer’s parlor on the upper floor offers space for clubs and groups of up to 40 people. Smokers can enjoy a small smoking room on the ground floor near the bar.
Live music is occasionally featured, and in summer, the cozy beer garden is a great place to relax.
