Inquiries go back to the year 1797 when a brewery was first mentioned on our land.
The brewery Gasthof is known for its Franconian cuisine. Here you can enjoy our tasty beers, Franconian roast specialties of pork, beef and game – grandmothers – kind. Furthermore, we offer homemade snacks, which our guests can enjoy in summer in our shady beer garden directly behind the brewery.
Our beer specialties are brewed exclusively according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Only natural raw materials such as Hallertau hops, malt from local barley and wheat from the Bamberg malt house, yeast and brewing water from our own deep well are used to produce the beers.
