Already in the 5th generation, the Düll family brews in Krautheim.
The brewery is state-of-the-art in all areas. Brewhouse, cellar and barrel and bottle bottling are modern equipped for a rational production process. The administration has a modern EDP system, through which the order entry and the word processing is handled.
The brewery owns a newly built malt house, in which the Franconian malting barley is malted according to its own quality standards. All grain comes from contract farming with farmers from the region.
The beer is brewed in strict compliance with the purity law. Only brewing water from own wells, malt from own production and vine hops are used. It is placed on a conventional beer production with long storage greatest value.
