The Ayinger Brewery is a private brewery located in the idyllic Aying, about 25 kilometers south of Munich, and founded by Johann and Peter Liebhard in 1878.
Since then, the Ayinger Brewery has been a traditional Bavarian family business, currently under the direction of the Urururenkels von Peter Liebhard, Franz Inselkammer III.
A quality guarantee from the Ayinger Brewery is the 176 meter deep mineral water well on the estate of the brewery, so that the most important ingredient for good beer is completely pure and long-term secured.
A special feature of the beers from the Ayinger brewery is the typical taste and the high quality, which has already been confirmed by numerous awards and prizes at national and international competitions.
The Ayinger Brewery is worth mentioning the state-of-the-art, and one of the most advanced brewery houses, which was completely rebuilt in 1999.
The Ayinger Brewery is a traditional Bavarian brewery with a sense of responsibility towards the region, a home and a committed supporter of sustainable business. The barley comes from longtime partners from Aying and the surrounding area and their own agriculture. The hop comes from the Hallertau. The Bräukirta, which is regularly held in October, is also an expression of this connection, for which the good Ayinger Kirta beer is brewed. The Ayinger Circle of Friends, whose beer tasting and gingerbread day attracts people from all over the region, is also very popular.
After a guided tour through the brewery and the tasting of the good beers directly from the tank, in our Bräustüberl a good bread-time with a fresh half-bodied wood is taken away, one understands the joy of Bavaria.
