In our brewery, which is located right next to the old restaurant, “Our 4” year-round and two Lucia-Maria-Bock and Ludwig-Samuel-Bock named after our children are produced according to old brewing traditions.
We are particularly proud of our new 35 hectoliter brewing system from Kaspar Schulz Bamberg. Our beers, which have matured for a long time in stainless steel tanks, remain unfiltered – because of their valuable ingredients and taste. Recipes refined over generations, the use of high-quality regional raw materials and the water from the Drügendorf spring give our beer its high quality and distinctiveness.
We love our homeland and the many originals that are associated with it.
