Sperbers Destillerie
The storage of the whiskey in the rock cellar is probably unique. At a humidity of 95% and a constant temperature of 14 C°, a very harmonious ripening and a permanent, slow natural dilution of the whiskey takes place.
As a rule, due to the natural dilution, the usual heavy addition of water to drinking strength and intensive filtering of the whiskey are no longer necessary. The storage and production is, among other things, professionally supported and accompanied by the whiskey expert Ms. Julia Nourney.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia.
