The Schloßbrauerei Schauer, also known as Schlossbrauerei Sattelpeilnstein, is a historic brewery located in Sattelpeilnstein, a district of Traitsching in the Cham district of Bavaria. The brewery has a long history dating back to the 14th century and has been operated by various castle owners over the years. Vinzenz Schauer acquired the estate in 1874 and rebuilt the brewery after a fire, making it the largest brewery between Straubing and Cham. Although brewing operations ceased in 1992, beer is still sold today under the Schlossbrauerei Sattelpeilnstein name, produced using a contract brewing process.
