In the lower part of the state of Lower Rhine, there is also fruit cultivation in the lower part of Lower Rhine, partly on orchards of private individuals, but mostly on plantations, where excellent quality is produced.
Only panelboard is processed, which sometimes does not correspond to the standard size. These are apples, pears, quinces, plums, cherries and raspberries, which for the most part are pure, carefully processed and gently distilled.
This creates delicious fires from Elstar, Boskoop or Red Starrenette, Williams-Christ- or Conference-Pear and a very aromatic Quittenbrand.
We also offer a distillate from Bockbier.
