Only panelboard is processed, which sometimes does not correspond to the standard size. These are apples, pears, quinces, plums, cherries and raspberries, which for the most part are pure, carefully processed and gently distilled.
This creates delicious fires from Elstar, Boskoop or Red Starrenette, Williams-Christ- or Conference-Pear and a very aromatic Quittenbrand.
