Ahascragh Distillery in County Galway will be the home of our spirits. Currently under construction, we are transforming a nineteenth century mill into an eco-distillery and visitor centre in the heart of the village. Our drive and passion is to distil some of the first carbon neutral whiskey in Ireland.
The Old Mill Shop & Café is now open in the village with clear views of our progress. The perfect place to sit and watch history in the making.
Ahascragh Distillers is a family company with family values. Our mission is to help friends and family celebrate meaningful moments and occasions, strengthening new and old connections.
Founded by Gareth and Michelle McAllister, Ahascragh Distillers produce authentically crafted Irish spirits to the highest quality of tasting experience with unique and innovative flavours.
