A story of BLUE HORN is the story of my greatest passion.
I was 15 when I set up a small home brewering workshop in the basement of the house. I remember that in that confined space that isolates me from the world I spent whole afternoons and evenings between kits of ingredients, information found on the web and tests with musts.
I can say that I have experimented all the production techniques, from the various methods of mashing to the whirlpool.
But also to have ground grains in all possible ways and to get hops coming from every continent. In that first but super-equipped home brewery I waited with anticipation the first small successes and I exceeded, with extreme satisfaction, all the difficulties of inexperience. Convinced that every test would eventually lead me to get the best craft beer I’d ever had.
That fervent passion has now become my job.
BLUE HORN is in fact the result of my research continued in the market, the secrets acquired by the major master brewers and the innovative spirit with which to approach production techniques, recipes and tasting experiences.
I still chase the best beer, the winning combination between creativity and knowledge that are handed down, between the high Italian craftsmanship and the noble raw materials of international origin.
The horn in which drinking has always been synonymous with beer. The blue horn is my commitment and my wish for this tradition to be renewed, with an open gaze to the contemporary.
