Ourdaller Brauerei Sàrl
On October 24, 1994, the “Farmers’ Initiative for the Eislek to the Our Nature Park,” or BEO for short, was founded. The BEO has around 200 members who are full-time farmers in the nature park area. From this cooperative, three other cooperatives gradually emerged, such as “BEOLA”, which exclusively processes the grains into cooking oils, “BEOGRAN”, which processes buckwheat into flour and pasta, and Cornelyshaff S.c., which processes the mustard seeds into the well-known Ourdaller-Moschtert manufactures.
Many Luxembourg consumers are familiar with the cold-pressed cooking oils “BEOLA” as well as the buckwheat flour products “BEOGRAN” and the Ourdaller-Moschtert.
From January 1, 2009, all of these products will bear the “Ourdaller” logo. The “Ourdaller” logo was patented by us and means 100% transparency. Only the goods where we can really trace the path from the producer (farmer) to the finished product bear the logo.
In times of food scandals and environmental pollution, more and more consumers are demanding transparency and regional products. We offer all of this with the “Ourdaller” logo. Behind each product is a manufacturer from the Our Nature Park, who is subject to the cooperative’s regulations during cultivation. The raw materials (i.e. grains) are processed into high-quality food, partly in our workshops in Kalborn or the surrounding area, packaged and delivered without detours through various intermediaries, and all of this at an affordable price for every consumer.
