Since the summer of 2014, we have been brewing unfiltered artisanal beers with double fermentations.
We provide malt, hops and yeast on Swiss websites and try to make the most use of organic ingredients.
The beer is then brewed, put in a vat to ferment for 20 days and then bottled to ferment a second time for 2-3 weeks.
We are brewing an average of 600 liters a month but we have some expansion projects in mind.
If you are interested in taking a few beers, you can inform us by sending us a message on this page. Do not hesitate to send us suggestions and criticisms.
With the hope to fill your throats of joy, we wish you a good tasting!
