Our rums will be made using two types of molasses. The majority of our rum will use premium grade molasses that will create a one-of-a-kind spirit that is full flavored and a pleasure to enjoy either by itself or in your favorite cocktail. We will also be using limited quantities of molasses that will be sourced from historic Cotton Hall Plantation in Yemassee, SC. Starting with sugarcane grown in the rich soils of the South Carolina lowcountry, the resulting molasses will be produced specifically for us with a goal of creating a fine rum with a bit of southern flavor and history.
