Stream Cliff Farm, Restaurant & Winery
Stream Cliff Farm is open for the 2023 Gardening Season. Regular hours are Wed-Sat 10:00-5:00 and Sun 12:00-5:00. Stream Cliff Farm has a huge selection of herbs, perennial, succulents, hanging basket and unusual annuals. The Restaurant features delicious sandwiches, salads, soup and homemade desserts. (Please note: the Restaurant closes at 4:00 each day.) Be sure to visit our Winery for free tastings of our handcrafted wines. Our wines range from bold dry reds to fruity dessert style wines. Wines are sold by the glass or bottle. And don’t miss a wine slushie to cool you off on a warm summer day. You will also find a gift shop and beautiful display gardens to explore. Live music is held most Sunday afternoons, June through October.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
