Flying Tiger Brewery

Flying Tiger Brewery is northeast Louisiana’s first full scale production brewery that produces and packages all beer on site.
Flying Tiger Brewery’s name pays homage to the legendary Flying Tigers of WWII, and celebrates the numerous Louisiana connections to the historic fighter squadron. But connections to the heroic Flying Tigers can be found worldwide. The Flying Tigers are world renowned & beloved by millions of people all over the globe, particularly in China. Even those who do not know the incredible story of the Flying Tigers recognize their iconic “shark nosed” fighter planes from WWII. In addition to philanthropic efforts, Flying Tiger Brewery seeks to preserve & honor the legacy of the Flying Tigers by embodying their independent fighting spirit, taking risks and standing firm for the things we hold true!
Our facilities include a 15bbl brew house & canning line, an eclectic & comfortable tap room, a large outdoor green space and covered patio. Although our menu is always changing you can expect to find 8-12 hand crafted beers on tap. We often have food trucks curbside, particularly during the many special events, fundraisers & concerts we host, along with pop-up kitchens from an array of fine chefs. We offer beer samples and brew house tours to our guests.
