When we formed AEGIR brewing company in early 2017, The goal was simply to live up to its name. Aegir ( “Ah-Year”) was the brewer to the Norse gods, In Aegir’s hall the beer was always fresh and the cups were always full, When you entered the hall you agreed to set aside differences and enjoy the company of fellow drinkers.
In that spirit we chose to brew our beer in small batches to ensure freshness, work the taproom ourselves to help keep cups full and craft an environment where all who enter feel welcomed.
