Rye was the first grain used to produce spirits in the United States. New York has a long history of producing rye based spirits, which was a tradition lost during Prohibition. We are resurrecting that tradition with every spirit we produce.
We pride ourselves in sourcing grain locally, with most of ours coming right from Honeoye Falls. With this, you get a true grain to glass experience.
We continue the locally sourced tradition through the tasting room, with all ingredients for cocktails sourced within NY State. Our food menu contains locally sourced produce & meat from farms in the area!
