Artisan distillation is a slow, careful process which makes the unhurried pace of the Red River Valley an ideal home for our small-batch distillery. Known for being one of the finest potato growing regions in the world, we produce quality potatoes and combine them with pure glacial spring water to bring you the best tasting potato vodka available.
At Moon River Distillery, we believe that excellence is achieved through careful craftsmanship, so when the crops are in and the ground begins to freeze, we will be busy perfecting processes, distilling vodka, and filling, labeling and numbering each bottle by hand to ensure you always get the best of what we have to offer.
