Our crazy adventure began when we stumbled across a dusty old brewery in the beautiful town of Beechworth. We could see that it was full of potential.
From the moment that we walked in, we could sense the history. We felt like the building deserved better, and we could help to restore it back to its glory days.
After a few years of lots of hard work, we’re proud to see that Billson’s is full of lots of happy people.
